What time is check in and check out?
Check in on the day of arrival is between 3pm and 9pm. Check out is 11am, unless agreed in writing prior to arrival.
Can I smoke or Vape in the Apartment / Home?
Unfortunately, smoking is only permitted in the designated area outside.
Can I bring a pet?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any pets.
Can I arrive outside your designated times?
Yes, but this is subject to written approval and confirmation from us.
Do you have off-road parking?
Yes, we are situated behind houses off the main road and parking is available and marked.
Can you help with car hire arrangements?
Yes, we can direct / take you to a car hire company.
Do you provide free wifi?
Yes, please ask us for the wifi password.
Can you collect me from the airport?
Yes, we can arrange for you a pickup / drop off at the airport (Limoges) and train station in Angouleme. Please let us know when you book.
Are all rooms en-suite?
Two of our rooms have an en-suite and two rooms share a bathroom (See this page for which rooms do have en suite) The Gite is however fully self contained.
Do you provide evening meals?
Yes we can arrange this with the house keeper but There are restaurant’s and shops in the town and nearby.
Can you provide picnics
Yes, we offer this at extra cost. Please pre-order.
Can I pay by cash?
Yes. We also take card payments or bank transfer (preferred)
Can I book a year in advance?
Yes, we are able to do this. Please ask us, and we will confirm.
Do you provide towels and bathroom products?
Yes, all towels are provided with shower gel and shampoo.
Do you have French TV?
We have Internet TV and this Should provide you with French TV and some UK channels.
